A stucco company in Brevard County, working here since 2018.
Melbourne Stucco Company works on stucco across Melbourne, Palm Bay, and the wider Brevard County area. Most of what we do is repair, replacement, and painting on homes, alongside commercial work on storefronts, condo and apartment buildings, and HOA-managed properties.
Stucco is an unusual thing to buy. It is infrequent, it is expensive, and almost nobody has a way to judge whether the answer they are given is the right one. Most people calling us are not shopping — they have seen a crack or a stain and they are trying to work out whether it matters.
That shapes how we work more than anything else. The wall decides what the job is. Our part is to tell you what it is honestly, including the times when the honest answer is that it needs less work than you feared, or that what you are looking at belongs to a different trade.
What we hold ourselves to.
Three things, and they are the ones customers tell contractors matter most.
Customers first
The job is judged by whether the customer is glad they called, not by what was easiest to sell them.
Your vision, built
On work where the finish is a choice rather than a repair, the point is to get to what you pictured — not to what is quickest to apply.
Communication that does not drop
Most complaints about contractors are not about the work. They are about not knowing what is happening. Keeping you in the loop through the project is treated as part of the job.
Most complaints about contractors are not about the work.
They are about not knowing. Not knowing when someone is coming, whether what was found changes the scope, why the job paused, or what the number at the end is made of. The work can be perfectly good and the experience still bad, purely because nobody said anything.
We treat keeping you informed as part of the job rather than a courtesy on top of it. If something behind the wall turns out to be different from what we expected, you hear it from us when we find it — not at the end, and not in an invoice.
That is the thing we would ask you to hold us to.
Some of this work is a repair. Some of it is a choice.
When a wall is failing, there is not much creative latitude — the condition of the wall sets the job, and our task is to do it properly and make the repair disappear into the finish around it.
Installation, a full re-stucco, or a repaint is a different kind of work. There the finish and the texture are yours to decide, and the point is to end up with what you pictured rather than whatever was fastest to apply. Getting that right is mostly a matter of asking first and being clear about what each option will actually look like on your house.

Tell us what you are looking at.
Where it is on the house, how long it has been there, and whether it has changed. That is usually enough for us to tell you what you are dealing with and what it would take to put right.
If you are not sure it needs anything doing at all, that is a fine reason to get in touch too.
